1. 1D 热流体系统 & 3D CFD 液冷系统耦合仿真的必要性；
2. Simcenter Flomaster & Amesim液冷系统快速精准仿真技术介绍；
3. 服务器、机柜及数据中心系统仿真应用案例分享。
Simcenter 热仿真助推服务器级液冷设计优化：本次报告将从实际案例及工作流程出发，介绍Simcenter Flotherm / FloEFD如何加速复杂电子系统的液冷设计及优化，提高功率密度和能效，降低成本和故障率。主要内容包括：
1. Flotherm / FloEFD 进行复杂电子系统模型液冷仿真的工作流程及嵌入式降阶模型等相关技术；
2. 1D-3D 耦合应用，通过 FloEFD 1D Element、Characterization、BCI-ROM 等方式与 Flomaster 结合，从而高效、准确地进行机柜/数据中心级别的液冷管网设计调控。
